Dear Bob: When people tell me how great I look, I always whisper a mental "Thanks, Bob" to myself. Truth is, I feel better physically today than I did at age 30, and I'm now twice that age! Your program of mind/body/spirit combines all the essentials necessary for being physically fit, feeling good about yourself, and being on top of your business/life/game. While I'm a self-motivated person, I need and enjoy having a "coach" who gently pushes me to performance I didn't know possible for myself. Dear Bob, Just a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate yours, Kirk's and Michelette's attention and help in working toward better fitness. The variety of routines you put us through is a big plus/benefit we see with personal fitness instructions. You can't get this at health clubs. In addition, each of you has a little different, albeit complementary, approach to fitness in that your routines are not all alike. This was exactly what we were looking for and you delivered. We had fallen into a workout routine rut and needed to break out. Thank you for helping us break out of the rut. The other benefit we see is our ongoing commitment to a meeting a workout routine/schedule. It would be very easy to talk yourself out of working out on any given day, especially when you've had a rough day at your job/ the office, if you didn't have a scheduled appointment. Many days, we arrive for our workout appointment but it's the last place we really want to be. However, in about 10 minutes, that feeling goes away. When we're done, we feel much better (i.e., less tired) and we're happy we did it. Another benefit I see, is the sports specific (i.e., golf fitness) attention I'm getting. This was my main fitness goal I came to you with. I can honestly say that your routines have helped me with my 'core' strength as well as my balance.
