TO OUR POSTON’S FITNESS FOR LIFE FAMILY -- May 31,

It is with a sad heart that I share with you that we will be closing the studio, after 5 ½ years, on June 30th. Debby, Michelette and I will be joining the Personal Trainer Team at the World Gym Health Club location in Owings. We pray that all of you will follow us over and continue to stay committed to your fitness training programs.
We would like to partner up with you when you are ready to visit the World Gym. Debby, Michelette or I will meet you there, get you signed up and go through your Orientation with you. Let us know what date and time you are considering and we will work to meet that. The last day we will train here at the studio will be Friday June 20th.
I cannot begin to express the thanks I give every day for each and every one of you who have allowed us to be a part of your life. The friendships that have developed, both professionally and personally, have had (and will continue to have) profound effects on all of our lives. I wish each and every single one of our friends continued success in accomplishing your fitness goals and achieving all of your life’s desires.
